Eurostar passenger numbers have been slashed by the coronavirus pandemic, with the number of trains operating being reduced from about 50 per day, down to just one per day in each direction between London and Paris, and one between London and Amsterdam via Brussels.
The recent lockdowns, blocking the UK from mainland Europe, would have caused a large reduction in passenger movements.
