The Philippines’ largest national flag carrier, Cebu Pacific (PSE:CEB) unveiled two new destinations, Camiguin in Northern Mindanao and Masbate in the Bicol Region, with a low priced seat sale.
99 pesos is the advertised basic fare, before taxes etc (time limited sale price)
The airline will launch direct flights from Cebu to Camiguin on April 15, 2013, and will operate these flights every Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
The flight will depart Cebu at 6:45am and arrive in Camiguin at 7:25am.
The return flight will depart Camiguin at 7:45am and arrive in Cebu at 8:25am.
With CEB’s pioneering direct flight to the island of Camiguin, travelers can now easily reach the 2nd smallest island in the Philippines. It is known for its volcanoes, hot and cold springs, Lanzones Festival every October, and Sunken Cemetery. Camiguin was previously accessible only by bus, fast craft or ferry from Cagayan de Oro.
Normal prices appear to be PHP739 for the Cebu-Camiguin route.

CEB currently operates 10 Airbus A319, 24 Airbus A320 and 8 ATR-72 500 aircraft. Its fleet of 42 aircraft is one of the most modern aircraft fleets in the world. Between 2013 and 2021, Cebu Pacific will take delivery of 18 more Airbus A320 and 30 Airbus A321neo aircraft orders.
