Marine Le Pen, the head of France’s National Front, has said that she would hold a referendum on the country’s membership in the E.U. within six months of attaining power.
The French Party ‘Front National‘ gained the highest number of votes in the December 2015 French Elections, with the following stated ‘First Round Results‘ results:

5,785,073 Republican
5,019,723 Socialist Party
Following preferences, the ‘Front National’ party became the third French party with these ‘Second Round Results‘ results:
10,127,196 Republican
7,263,567 Socialist Party
6,820,147 National Front
Recent surveys have shown:
53% of French voters support referendum
45% are certain they would vote to remain.
Marine Le Pen is consistently leading polls for next spring’s Presidential election.
An IFOP poll has these figures if centrist politician Francois Bayrou and centre-right Nicolas Sarkozy ran:
28% Marine Le Pen (Front National)
23% Nicolas Sarkozy (Republican)
21% Francois Hollande (Socialist)
