Putin Nuclear War Threat.

President Vladimir Putin, on 29th February 2024, has warned Western countries that they risk provoking a nuclear war if they sent troops to help in defending Ukraine.

Putin presumably wants freedom to invade Ukraine, and maybe other countries, without consequences.

Presumably Putin also feels no responsibility for starting a war that he feels could become a nuclear world war.

Does Russia use foreign fighters in their war against Ukraine?

Nationals from Syria, Cuba, Nepal and India have all reportedly been deployed on the Russian side of the war. Some of these people were duped by human traffickers.
