Does Russia interfere in other countries’ affairs?

Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said, in comments picked up by TASS, a Russian state news agency. “We do not interfere in other countries’ internal affairs.”

This was in relation to Moldova, and their plan to join the EU, with a referendum on 20 October 2024, asking the question: “Do you support the amendment of the Constitution for Moldova’s accession to the European Union?

One wonders how that applies to Russia interference in Ukraine.
