Tigerair, established in 2004, is a leading Singapore-based budget carrier that offers affordable travel options and a seamless customer experience.
Tigerair comprises four airlines, namely Tigerair Singapore, Tigerair Australia, Tigerair Philippines and Tigerair Mandala. Collectively, the Group’s network extends to over 50 destinations across 13 countries in the Asia Pacific. As at 31 July 2013, Tigerair operates a fleet of 47 Airbus A320-family aircraft, averaging less than three years of age.
Tigerair plans to build its fleet to 68 aircraft by December 2015.

Tiger Airways is a good airline but has some delays, I do recommend Quantas or Virgin Australia, they have excellent service

Tiger Airways Holdings Limited (“Tigerair”) reported an operating loss of $6.2 million for the quarter ended 30 June 2013
Total revenue increased 30.3% to $236.2 million
Total expenses increased 25.5% to $242.4 million
Tigerair Singapore registered an operating profit of $5.9 million for the quarter
Tigerair Australia’s operating loss narrowed to $17.3 million
Tigerair Philippines operating loss amounted to $6.0 million
