Yahoo rejected an purchase offer of $47 Billion from Microsoft. Three years later (2011) and Yahoo are now worth only $17.8 Billion. A 30 billion dollar mistake.

February 1962, Decca Records (one of the two biggest record labels in the United Kingdom, the other being EMI) considering the Beatles to be sloppy and unprofessional, officially turned the Beatles down, after hearing their audition.
The Beatles signed with EMI a few months later.
